We are seeking a HR Support Assistant. This newly created role is required to support and enable the team to optimise its strategic usage of people-related data through the management and delivery of a high-quality and efficient management information service and reporting.

EDUCATION:

  • Good standard of secondary education, degree level would be advantageous

EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision to ensure targets are delivered on time
  • Proactive in providing solutions and improvements
  • Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail, to ensure an accurate efficient service is delivered at all times
  • Ability to present data and information in a clear, high quality format, and where appropriate creative and insightful
  • Experience of working in a high pressure fast-paced environment
  • A willing, helpful attitude and calm professional manner, even when things are changed or required at short notice
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Governmental compliance reporting such as gender pay gap, ONS, NI Employment Monitoring statistics
  • Calculation and reporting of bradford factor scoring
  • Managing the data requirements associated with annual or ad hoc processes e.g. annual pay review, bonus management, benchmarking activities, benefits renewals.
  • Ensure that monthly HR Executive Committee reports and presentations are created on time and accurately
  • Supporting the HR Director with annual audits (internal and external)
  • Audit and update any back-end changes to UKG (time and attendance system)
  • Support as a project contributor on business and team improvements.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative and support duties as required.
