Description:
The opportunity
As our HR Support Officer, you will: - Provide accurate, timely and authoritative advice on, HR procedures and a broad range of current and emerging HR practices and topics, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.- Provide administration support services by producing HR reports and documentation.- Ensure human resource activities align with policy and guidelines and support the achievement of business objectives.- Research innovative human resource practices, including performing research and analysis using human resource information and systems, identifying issues and trends, and escalating for management team consideration.- Contribute to and support the HR operations team processes, activities, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients, valuing diversity and treating people with respect and dignity.- Actively contribute to recruitment and retention activities to assist in ensuring that the staffing needs of the NFAEP are met.- Maintain sound knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices to ensure currency of knowledge and skills and service outcomes for clients.- Support and facilitate workforce initiatives approved by the management team.
What you will bring- Experience using the Aurion Employee Self Service, Aurion Fusion (HR Information System) and Springboard will be highly regarded.
