Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or 1+ year of HR experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and case management tools.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Partner with Employee Success teams to deliver a seamless employee experience, including onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee relations support.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX processes, conduct audits, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Use case management tools to track and resolve employee inquiries, providing feedback for process improvements.
