REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in HR, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Fluency in English, good German skills as a plus

Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a motivated HR Support Student (part- or full-time) to join our team. As a student in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR Information Systems and processes for 4 months. In detail you will be working closely with our Director HR Performance & Systems on tasks such as:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Center of Competence for HR Systems and Reporting
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Assist in generating HR reports and analytics
  • Participate in HR data entry and data maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve HRIS processes and workflows
  • Assist in developing and updating HR training materials and documentation
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
