REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in HR, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes and systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Fluency in English, good German skills as a plus
Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a motivated HR Support Student (part- or full-time) to join our team. As a student in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR Information Systems and processes for 4 months. In detail you will be working closely with our Director HR Performance & Systems on tasks such as:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Center of Competence for HR Systems and Reporting
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assist in generating HR reports and analytics
- Participate in HR data entry and data maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other HR team members to improve HRIS processes and workflows
- Assist in developing and updating HR training materials and documentation
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
