A great opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team. The HR Systems Analyst will provide technical support for all HR systems including triage of issues, system administration/configuration, changes as well as maintenance tasks and reporting within HR Systems. This role works directly with the HR Services Manager but also with stakeholders from the wider HR Function and the business on a variety of projects such as systems upgrades, reorganisations and enhancements.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, business administration or HR
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions & Workday
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Experience working with systems including reporting, configuration management, supporting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion in all matters of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Working from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be:

  • Maintain and develop core HR systems including permissions architecture
  • Contribute to HR System projects including selecting, testing and implementing software
  • System administration and configuration activities within Workday/UKG Dimensions including system maintenance, system testing, system/data checks, managing user access, fault-finding and resolution
  • Perform regular data quality audits and monitor system integrations to ensure integrity and accuracy within Workday
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of relevant practices and procedures
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and analytics against end user needs whilst driving standardisation and medium of delivery
  • Support key stakeholders through training on HR systems and resolving HR systems queries
  • Focus on continuous improvement, looking for new ways to improve processes and services, and analysing options for HR system requirements
  • Represent HRIS across domestic and international forums and key stakeholder groups
