Toromont Cat is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our team.

EDUCATION
Preferred
- Diploma or better in Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources Department focused on data maintenance, report building and troubleshooting projects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Ultipro (UKG) Time and Attendance module, specializing in all configuration related to Shift Patterns, Daily Time / Overtime rules, Paid Time Off (i.e Vacation, Sick days, etc) policies, Pay rate premium tables, Holiday Calendars.
- Advanced knowledge of IBM Cognos BI for building Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience managing Enterprise Systems security and access rights.
- Understanding of Payroll processes to be able to support/validate/audit time entries.
- Knowledge of DBS and Service Scheduler for Hourly Time data integration
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Visual Basics and SQL
- Experience managing big data files for system imports and exports
- English written and spoken
