- Have experience in application management: configuration, support, and lifecycle management
- Exceptional time management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Access) and requirements gathering
- Problem-solving skills and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors to align with HR business processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and Operations on configuration and operational needs
- Manage incident and change requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Support system releases in partnership with the HR Technology team
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system maintenance and updates
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain system access, perform mass data changes, and ensure data integrity.
- Document processes, procedures, and support materials for system changes and releases
