  • Have experience in application management: configuration, support, and lifecycle management
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Access) and requirements gathering
  • Problem-solving skills and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors to align with HR business processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and Operations on configuration and operational needs
  • Manage incident and change requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support system releases in partnership with the HR Technology team
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system maintenance and updates
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure upgrades and enhancements
  • Maintain system access, perform mass data changes, and ensure data integrity.
  • Document processes, procedures, and support materials for system changes and releases
