Description:
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experienced in HR systems management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Resource Link, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with HR process improvement and automation.
- Project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, translating technical information for non-technical users, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Systems Management - enhance HR and Payroll system functionality for efficiency and self-sufficiency; maintain and develop system tools, including upgrades and new features.
- Process Improvement - analyse and improve HR processes and systems; recommend new technologies and lead HR projects.
- Vendor Relationship Management - collaborate with IT to manage HRIS vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor performance.
- HRIS System Selection - evaluate and select HRIS systems; conduct market research and lead implementation with minimal disruption.
- Executing the HRIS Roadmap - develop and maintain the HRIS roadmap; align with HR strategy and oversee project execution.
- Data Management and Reporting - monitor key metrics, support insightful reporting, and provide analysis for strategic decisions.
- User Support and Training - offer ongoing support and training for HR systems users; liaise between HR, IT, and suppliers.
- Compliance and Security - ensure compliance with data protection laws; monitor system usage and maintain documentation.
