HR SYSTEMS COORDINATOR – 10 MONTH FIXED TERM (MATERNITY COVER) CONTRACT

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support the operational management of the College’s HR Database and systems. This varied role will allow you to support the delivery of operational HR processes, support the introduction of new functionality and be responsible for the co-ordination of the auditing and cleansing of data on the HR database in order to improve the quality of that data.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

You will coordinate and take part in regular User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the HR database modules and any new systems for system upgrades and changes, including the use of test scripts.
You will be expected to actively contribute to HR IT system projects and upgrades whilst working collaboratively with ICT on system improvements and new functionality.
Further responsibilities will come from leading the effective implementation of a data audit plan, to ensure that key data is captured and maintained to College standards.

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following –
