WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems)
- Knowledge of current HR technologies and how to use them, in both user-facing and system administration capacities
- Ideally you’ve worked with SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar HRIS system, in a previous role (or internship) and thrive on exploring new functionalities
- Fluency in English, with experience in a bilingual or international working environment
- Reliable, approachable, and accountable working attitude- you are proactive in seeking information and enjoy collaborating with colleagues
- Strong organizer with attention to detail
- Analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel and OneNote
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a People Systems and Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal supporting role in optimizing our People & Culture processes through effective HR systems and accurate data management. This entails a blend of technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of data analytics principles, as well as stakeholder management skills and a focus on teamwork through reliable communication.
You will be joining an international People & Culture Team of 16 people located throughout Germany and Austria. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Accurate Data Tracking: Assist in the management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging its capabilities to enhance People operations and reporting.
- Documentation Management: Support the maintenance and efficiency of documentation within the MS Office suite and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Process Optimization: Identify calibration opportunities in existing People processes and help develop strategies to enhance efficiency within our systems.
- System Integration: Support the continuous integration of new systems into our existing technical infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing insightful analytics to drive People & Culture initiatives and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation for the business.
- Provide occasional user support for internal stakeholders on system functionalities.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in People systems, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
