We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Project Manager to lead our HR systems projects at both global and Europe Region levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, supporting the HR system needs of Europe Region countries, and facilitating communication between European and global HR departments.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with Europe Region and Global strategies.
  • Provide support for European Region countries’ HR system requirements, develop resolution plans for complex system issues and transform problems into projects.
  • Act as a liaison between European and global stakeholders (Global HRIS, IT, AMS etc) for achieving smooth progress for the projects.
  • Manage system implementation, maintenance, and training for Workday and related HR systems.
  • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and consolidate data for HR analytics.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Proven background and experience in Workday HCM, Recruitment, Reporting administration, designing business flows and integration to other systems preferably in a fast-moving retail setting. Not required to configure Workday but has enough technical understanding to design/lead process development.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Detail-oriented and can establish a process with mistake-proofing (Poka Yoke)
  • Experience with Workday Docs Template and/or Workday Studio experience able to develop BIRT reports (Preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and visualize data for stakeholders (Preferred)
  • Lean , Six Sigma, PRINCE-2, PMP or similar certification (Preferred)
  • Understanding of Power Automate or RPA logic for automating manual processes (NICE-TO-HAVE)
  • Language Skills: English - MUST , French and Japanese preferred
  • Can work with agile methodology, able to follow tasks, document activities following Kanban boards such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Loop
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with culturally diverse European and global teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural Retail environment with dynamic priorities.
  • Proactive, Self Starter, Can work independently, team player
