REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- Previous experience in HR an advantage.
- Ability to be a team player, being supportive, action-oriented, problem-solving and entrepreneurial.
- Ability to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with different priorities.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Good level Microsoft Office skills (PPT; Excel; Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in Italian and English.
