BAND C: £25,637 PER ANNUM

We are a busy and performance driven team, our working environment can seem demanding at times, especially when we have a fast-approaching payroll deadline to meet. Our approach to leadership is consultative, you won’t be micromanaged here, but you will be supported and enabled to take responsibility for service delivery and achieving results.
Our HR Operations and Onboarding Teams are part of HR Services, they manage the administration and processing of a variety of requests from our clients and partners.
The work we do is varied and ranges from a simple one click response to a request for a P45 to a more complex query such as an employee transfer.
We have opportunities available in both our HR Operations and Onboarding teams.
To do this role well you will need:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy levels
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability and skills to manage a small operational team effectively
- Ability to influence others to achieve service delivery targets
- Previous experience of using Oracle or a similar ERP system for data entry
- An understanding and ability to prioritise own and team workload in a fast-paced environment to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Confident in communicating with customers and internal stakeholders by phone and email, in a clear and concise manner to manage expectation
- Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system
- Experience of owning, investigating, and resolving complex queries

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
To be considered, you will need to successfully obtain BPSS clearance before commencing the role, obtaining clearance usually takes 5-10 working days.
UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore applicants must have eligibility to live and work in the UK at application stage.
