Description:

Application due date: 2024-10-18 23:59:59 UTC
As we are about to embark on an exciting journey of implementing a new HR System with common processes and ways of working, Group HR is now seeking an HR Tech Analyst to join our team and our journey.
Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining a journey. A journey that we believe is essential for the sustainability of this planet. Steel has been one of the most important materials for developing our society and it will continue to be so. In the roofs over our heads, in the bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB we are proud of our history and leadership in high-strength steel. But we are also aware that the production of steel is one of the largest emitters of greenhouse gases in the world. That has to change. That is why we have developed the world’s first fossil free steel production and has committed to becoming largely fossil-free by around 2030. As part of SSAB you will be instrumental in realizing this goal and push for the green transformation of the whole steel industry.

Continuous improvements – Identify opportunities for further optimization and innovation in People Processes and technology, driving initiatives forward.
About You

You excel at translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
You are comfortable challenging the status quo, encouraging collaboration, and managing change effectively.
With our fast-paced transformation project, you are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or related field.
Degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related area is highly valued.
