Description:
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of applicable experience working as part of a project team is required.
Experience with technology implementations desired.
Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
Experience with Oracle HCM implementation projects is a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with Office software.
Experience using Smartsheet.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, information technology, management, or a related field
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE:
In partnership with Clients HR function and other cross-functional teams, we will be kicking off a multi-year project to implement Oracle HCM globally. As such, we are looking for an experienced and proactive project assistant to work collaboratively with our HRIT project team to help ensure that this project stays on time and on budget. The ideal project assistant will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks. They will also have a positive attitude and mindset to help themselves and others stay focused and motivated throughout the various phases of the project.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables, communicating concerns to project lead and tracking resolutions.
Document and follow up on action items and other outstanding tasks with project team members.
Support team members, where asked, in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones.
Update project files, such as weekly status reports, etc.
Schedule meetings, conference calls, and project-related events with project team members.
Assist in the preparation of project presentation materials and reports for various audiences.
Assist the project lead with budget related follow up and/or tracking.
Facilitate communication among project team members and outside consultants efficiently.
Provide administrative support to project lead and/or team members when necessary.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams that include a range of personalities and skills.
