Position Summary: The TMX Coordinator ensures a World Class Team Member Experience by delivering development opportunities and training for leaders, while executing Team Member engagement Programs. The TMX Coordinator provides leadership support for TMX initiatives and works closely with Production Manager, TMX Manager and General Manager. The TMX Coordinator will also work to advance recruiting and special TMX projects as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience and education.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, Orientation and On-Boarding
o Ensure staffing needs are met to maximize production capacity by utilizing recruitment skills, software and technology to attract top talent.
o Identify candidates using internal and external databases/job boards, career fairs.
o Coordinate the selection, acquisition, onboarding, and orientation of new TMs.
o Coordinate and deliver instruction for New Employee Orientation.
- Job Skills Training:
o Partners with other Training Coordinator, QA Manager and EH&S Manager to ensure team members have been properly trained on job skills, DAPIA, B.O.S.S., Safety protocols & standards, and LEAN organizational structure and housekeeping standards
o Trains and coaches Team Leaders, Area Coordinators, Production Manager, and other leaders on how to set clear expectations of team members, praise & recognition their teams, and confront non-performance.
- Leadership:
o Facilitates leadership development workshops for Team Leaders.
o Helps assess leadership performance and advise GM on development plans.
o Helps leadership team develop its vision for World Class Team Member Experience; facilitates goal setting and action planning to prioritize and align HR programs with vision.
- Performance Management:
o Ensures there is a process in place to carry out performance evaluations according to program design.
o Provides assistance, training, & coaching to leaders on how to have two-way conversations, provide
o Provides assistance, training, & coaching to leaders on how to have two-way conversations, provide actionable feedback & build trust with team members.
- Assists PayrollCoordinator with daily duties, as needed, and assists with overall project scope.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with training and instructing personnel
- Strong facilitation, instruction and coaching skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Computer literate (AS400, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and positively at all levels, including internal and external customers, peers, managers, and the home office.
- Bi-lingual in plants that are predominantly Spanish speaking
- Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing.
