Description:

As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).

Your responsibilities

  • In a rotation system and on need-basis provide support to different HR teams such as HR Admin, Recruitment, Reporting, Reward, HR Business Partnering, Training & Development
  • Tasks could include (but not limited to):

– Draft reference letters, employment contracts, etc.
– Provide support in HR admin e.g. time management, various correspondence, maintenance of personnel files, etc.
– Contribute to various HR projects e.g. HR Audit support, data migration, update policies, regulations, compliance, etc.
– Support T&D administration e.g. invitations to training, room and catering booking, invoice management, filing of documents, training records.

Your qualification & experience

  • Graduate of a Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or Bachelor/Master in HR or Business Administration
  • Excellent MS Office skills / SAP-HR an asset / digital savvy
  • Committed to provide high quality with excellent attention to details
  • Capability to work in a structured, independent way with ability to prioritise
  • Open, communicative person who is a team player
  • Resilient and fast learner
  • Sound English knowledge (written and spoken), minimum at level B2; German an asset
