Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

At Trinity Fire & Security, we are looking for a 3 month FTC to bolster our HR and training team during a busy period, in order to help support our fellow colleagues and new starters. Based in our Abingdon Office, you’ll be working alongside other members of the HR team, supporting our colleagues across the UK. Whilst this role will be supporting with HR and training administration, we do not require prior HR experience - we are looking for administration experience that you feel you can transfer to an HR role!
Whilst ideally we are looking for a full-time position, we will consider part-time applications.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Training Administration: Booking training and updating training records and matrices for our engineering teams, which involves liaising with our engineering managers.
  • HR Administration: Support with our HR and recruitment administration processes, which will involve interactions with colleagues and new starters across different teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the other HR team members to support where required.
