Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG Dimensions ADP WFM, other HRIS platforms.).
- Experience with UKG Kronos in a large organization is preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with problem solving and strong organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage multiple activities to establish priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Attention to detail with the capability to audit and correct large data sets.

Responsibilities:
ROLE INSTROCUCTION:
Applegreen USA is currently experiencing substantial growth and is looking to hire an HR/UKG Analyst. The HR/UKG Analyst will be responsible for leading initiatives in conjunction with IT and business units to develop, implement, and support UKG/Kronos and its enhancements. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce operations by leveraging the power of the UKG Kronos system.
The successful candidate will be analytical with excellent Excel skills, capable of working with large data files, and able to work independently. This role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR technology to enhance overall HR efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the organization’s internal users of UKG/Kronos, ADP and Applicant Tracking System including but not limited to login issues, access problems, and technical inquiries related to HRIS functionalities
- Assist with maintaining the security of operating systems.
- Supports and maintains UKG Dimensions, including production issue triage/resolution, problem solving, monitoring interfaces, and ensuring delivery accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal HR and UKG team to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and assess requirements, design and testing of system changes while closely interacting with business partners.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to promote efficient use of UKG and HRIS tools and features.
- Participate in testing of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Maintain data integrity and security protocols within the UKG/HRIS platform.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and data analytics from the UKG and ADP systems to inform decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process/customer services improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from standard practice acquiring vital input and approvals.
- Assist with compensation analysis and benchmarking, creation and maintenance of pay ranges, completing salary surveys.
