THE “NEED-TO-HAVE” SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills.
- Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
- Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD). Responsibilities:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented HR Workforce Development Support Analyst! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations
Responsibilities:
- Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s mentoring program and workforce application process for external leadership programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal.
- Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development of leadership training opportunities for the general workforce.
- Assist with various aspects of leadership training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the Leadership and Command Interest Program Managers.
- Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
- Develop and maintain various metrics.
- Conduct needs assessments
