Responsibilities:
THE ROLE OF THE HR WORKFORCE PLANNER
Working within the Human Resources Services department this role will take full ownership of the allocation of department resources on all client intercations and inquries are direct to the correct team, ensuring that each team and resources are utilised to their full capacity. Provide a first class telephone service to our clients, ensuring the client’s needs are assessed and dealt with in accordance with our call handling requirements.
DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports on available records to identify statistics that will benefit the team’s growth and success. For example, monitor call volumes throughout the day to better develop staffing levels at critical times.
- Manage out-of-hours service schedules.
- Ensure all BrightHR data, including sickness records and accompanying documentation, is maintained.
- Manage vacation requests, adhering to the team-level and function-level holiday caps.
- Ensure data integrity and regularly audit data for accuracy through our CRM System, Salesforce, and other systems as needed. This will require close monitoring of case and task queues and staff availability.
- Liaise closely with the services team managers to review and develop processes to ensure resources are being used effectively to benefit the growth of the business.
- Forge strong relationships across the Service departments to ensure clear lines of communication.
- Utilize salesforce and various in-house systems for reporting and tracking SLA’s.
- All other tasks deemed necessary by management.
