About the Role:
The Human Resources Intern is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. As an intern working a maximum of 20 hours per week in our Human Capital & Talent Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assist with the coordination and execution of all administration, on-boarding, training, and integration efforts in the office. This role will be located in our Frankfurt office and require in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the entire hiring and new hire orientation processes by distributing and collecting tax forms, policies, and other paperwork
- Maintaining personnel files for the office to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies
- Coordinating workshops and events, including on-site support
- Handling of expenses and reimbursements within the Human Capital & Talent Team
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Display well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
And have:
- You are enrolled at a German state university
- First experience in Human Resources or office work in related field
- Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
