Tasks

  • Support each member of the German HR-Team along the whole Employee Lifecycle
  • Mainly responsible to ensure administrative tasks are handled timely and in high quality standard
  • Support in several projects for example in the area of People Development, Retention, Recruiting etc.
  • Filing of HR relevant documents
  • Research activities organizing various projects and events
  • Preparation of job postings, creating job profiles, Works Council documents etc.
  • Support in global HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS
  • General administrative activities

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Economics, Psychology, Law, or any other relevant subject
  • Previous HR experience desired but not mandatory
  • Very good English skills
  • Good MS Office Application knowledge
  • Team player
