We are seeking a highly organized and proactive student to reinforce our HR team for 20 hours per week. This multifaceted role will involve efficiently supporting HR processes, providing operational support in recruitment, and administering learning and development initiatives.

ROLL-OUT SUPPORT:

  • Provide administrative support during the rollout of new HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Data & Report Management:

  • Generate reports as needed to support HR decision-making processes.

Recruitment:

  • You provide assistance in the draft of the job descriptions, and you publish them.
  • You provide assistance in screening CV’s.
  • You assist in the close administrative follow-up.

Responsibilities:

HR Process Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to support in various HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee records maintenance, and offboarding.
