Qualifications

  • University studies in progress (Business, Economics, Pshychology or any Human Resources-related specialization)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and GERMAN
  • Operating skills PC: MS Office
  • Good organizational skills, rigor, fairness, punctuality, accuracy in preparing the documents
  • Continuous orientation towards solutions
  • Proactive
  • Team player
  • Curiosity for the continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection knowledge specific to the field of activity
  • Ability to give and receive feedbac

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with international HR departments and colleagues worldwide in the Bosch Mobility divisions
  • Ensuring personal availability remotely from Cluj-Napoca to support employees regarding HR administration worldwide
  • Coordinating and optimizing of staffing positions in upper management
  • Maintaining the job application management system and employee master data
  • Supporting in the preparation and digitization of contract documents
  • Planning of management meetings about strategic talent decisions and preparing the presentations
  • System evaluation and analysis of talent, succession planning and diversity
  • Active support of the departments in the job advertisement, applicant management system until the position is closed
  • Checking the plausibility of requests and processes and outlining or rather clarifying discrepancies
  • Supporting with resolution of requests related to HR administration, in consideration of statutory laws and operational policy
  • Optimizing continuously the processes in cooperation with the HR service experts
