Description:

We are currently looking for a permanent position of HRBP Director Group Manufacturing m/f/d for our location Blieskastel or Obernai.
In this position, you actively contribute to reach Hager Group ambition, leveraging our corporate culture in a moving environment and supporting HR transformation. You will be responsible to develop and implement the human resource strategy across all countries with your HRBP direct reports and the HR business partners network.
As part of our HRBP Community you will report to the Group HR Operations Vice-President, the job can be located in France or Germany (Obernai or Blieskastel).

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business trends, challenges and translate the business strategy into HR strategic initiatives for Group Manufacturing and engage your team of local HRBPs to deliver relevant and efficient HR contribution.
  • Build a strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner for 2 Manufacturing VPs.
  • Act as a role model by inspiring and engaging Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture, while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.
  • Support organization assessment effectiveness by identifying and evaluating structures, capabilities and behaviors.
  • Anticipate, influence and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure supporting business strategy.
  • Ensure with business leaders sustainable talent management for succession pipelines for key positions, talent pool and specific development plans, through the coordination of People & Organization reviews and the monitoring of the action plan.
  • Ensure transversal coordination and deployment of Key initiatives and processes defined with center of expertise: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information Systems
