Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our National Office and PCVRS Program. As an HRBP at Lifemark, you will play a critical role in partnering with Leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support in alignment with business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience and contribute to the success of our clinics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in Canada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry is an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency in ADP systems and MS Office Suite is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Leaders
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.
- Support performance management initiatives, including coaching managers on effective feedback and performance improvement strategies.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
