Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading and implementing HR initiatives focused on enhancing culture, driving talent development, and improving organizational efficiency.
  • Partnering with leadership to identify and address business challenges through HR solutions.
  • Driving key projects related to culture, engagement, and talent management.
  • Developing and implement initiatives to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
  • Acting as a coach and advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and transformation.

Role Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (+8 years) as an HRBP, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as tech.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand key business drivers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Highly structured, organized, and results-driven.
  • Ownership mindset with a high degree of accountability.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Previos experience in tech industry is a plus.
