Role Responsibilities:
- Leading and implementing HR initiatives focused on enhancing culture, driving talent development, and improving organizational efficiency.
- Partnering with leadership to identify and address business challenges through HR solutions.
- Driving key projects related to culture, engagement, and talent management.
- Developing and implement initiatives to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Acting as a coach and advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and transformation.
Role Qualifications:
- Proven experience (+8 years) as an HRBP, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as tech.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand key business drivers.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly structured, organized, and results-driven.
- Ownership mindset with a high degree of accountability.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Previos experience in tech industry is a plus.
