Description:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  •  Person with three or four years of experiences in HR o similar role
  •  Experienced in leading and manage different people in different area.
  •  Experienced in Assessment center and other recruiting tools.
  •  English (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies talent needs, risks, and gaps; creates and oversees execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources. Facilitates, executes and/or participates in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required.
  • Translates business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
  • Supports the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company.
  • Defines recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy
  • Monitors “climate” on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)
  • Leads the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department
  • Supervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required.
  • Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength.
  • Embodies the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues.
  • Acts as change agent.
  • Identifies training and development needs in according with the Area Manager
  • Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives.
