Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global HR Business Partner Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will support a global remit, with close attention to NA and will work closely with HR leadership to deliver HR services across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in international HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR projects and tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
