QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations; Human Resources Generalist Work
  • 1-2 years of experience collaborating with cross functional peers and stakeholders to support business strategy
  • Foundational understanding of HR practices (i.e. – FLSA, Immigration, FMLA, etc.)
  • Fact and data-driven approach to solutions, backed up by exposure project management skills to lead/support initiatives
  • Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
