Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Completion of a post-secondary program in business systems or related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years’ related HRIS experience, preferably within a unionized environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Banner, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, adapt to changes, and maintain organization.
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and privacy regulations.
  • Experience presenting data clearly to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professionalism and poise in all situations.
  • Ability to travel between campuses as required.
