HRIS ADMINISTRATOR - SHOREVIEW, MN (REMOTE)
Are you a tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for systems and data? Join Life Link III, a nationally recognized air medical transport company, as an HRIS Administrator! In this key role, you will support our HRIS system, drive new technology implementations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of UKG system expertise, including Workforce Management (Dimensions) timekeeping and advanced scheduler
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration
- PHR/SHRM certification or relevant UKG certifications

Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintain the UKG HRIS system, ensuring full integration with other organizational systems
- Oversees system upgrades, configurations and testing to ensure a smooth operation
- Serves as the main point of contact for internal HRIS customers and providing technical support and training on system rollouts
- Ensures data accuracy, system compliance and data security in accordance with regulations
- Collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to identify system improvements and HRIS-related projects
- Serves as the lead HR representative for HRIS implementation projects
- Participates in compliance reporting, audits, and open enrollment processes
