Responsibilities:

The role, in collaboration with stakeholders across the People Experience (PX) and IT Divisions and under the guidance of the PX Systems & Insights Manager, will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting the new Workday HRIS. This is a fixed term contract until March 2025.

  • Work on the configuration, implementation and support of the Workday platform and configure Business Process definitions as necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Support the maintenance of the Workday platform as technical expert applying best practices.
  • Perform Workday administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
  • Ensure system configuration and business processes are in alignment with security governance and frameworks to ensure privacy and confidentiality is maintained.
  • Collaborate with Workdays’ implementation partner, internal teams, key system users/super users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for system development and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of job aids, training guides and process documentation.
  • As required provide super user training to ensure users can effectively utilise the Workday system and new enhancements.
