    Job Description:
    Partners with HR leadership to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and positively transform the associate experience. The HRIS Analyst assists in building project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. Maximizes existing system functionality and helps build current system capabilities while supporting multi-employer functionality. Employs a consultative approach to ensure functional leader business needs are met, by documenting, implementing, and modifying system requirements.
    Essential Functions:
  • Act as an HR liaison with HR functional owners, CoBank IT and other 3rd parties to provide support to HR production/test systems, required upgrades, system enhancements and data loads.
  • Assist in leading project management activities for CoBank HR and participating employers including project scoping, task management and vendor engagement.
  • Facilitate the evaluation of alternative solutions based on defined business requirements and technical standards and guidelines.
  • Review and map current business processes, analyze business activities, identify best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Manage configurations and create reports for all HR systems (Dayforce, iCIMS, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Translate business needs into appropriate analytical problems, conduct analysis, research issues, and create analytics that provide actionable business insights.
  • Assists in the HR system testing for Dayforce and iCIMS produce releases for all functional areas of HR (payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, project management, business, or other relevant discipline required

Work Experience:
3 years of HRIS or HR Analytics experience; or a combination of education and experience. required
Prior Experience in Project Management required
1. Advanced proficiency with comprehensive HR/Payroll applications, preferably Dayforce or similar platforms (ADP, Workday, and SAP).
2. Strong understanding of HR functional processes and data requirements.
3. Demonstrated analytical skills and strong business acumen.
4. Ability to seek out improvements, proactively, drive results.
5. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, communicate and work effectively with associates and management at all levels across the bank, as well as outside customers and vendors.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Very strong proficiency in Excel (i.e. vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
Travel Requirement Details:
Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $77,951 - $98,354. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
