JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to enhance data accuracy, reporting, performance metrics and overall HR functionality. Will collaborate with People First (HR) team members and other departments to ensure the efficient use of HR technology, ultimately supporting our mission to provide exceptional integrated healthcare. Will be required to design new HRIS processes as applicable

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar. OR 2-3 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry. Any combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
  • Experience analyzing and developing HRIS performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in HRM software, such as Kronos HCM, Relias LMS, and Jobvite ATS.
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.

Responsibilities:



    • Configure and customize the HRIS to meet the specific needs of the organization, such as setting up workflows, automating tasks, and integrating with other systems (payroll, benefits, etc.).

    • Provide support and training to HR staff, employees, and managers on how to use the HRIS. Develop user manuals, conduct training sessions, and assist with troubleshooting.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data by performing audits, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
    • Manage and maintain the HRIS (Kronos), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
    • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support People First (PF) operations and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the PF team members to identify system requirements and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
    • Process HR actions in the HRIS system, including new employee employee onboarding, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and changes in employment status.
    • Manage the ATS, ensuring it integrates with the HRIS and other systems, while configuring workflows and maintaining data accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide user support and training to recruiters and hiring managers, while continuously optimizing the ATS for efficiency and compliance with hiring regulations.
    • Monitor and ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, including performance management updates.
    • Compile and analyze data for Leadership 360 assessments, exit interviews, engagement surveys, and stay interviews to provide actionable insights for leadership.
    • Design and compile reporting for HR Metrics to include turnover, retention, time to hire, employee engagement, etc.
    • Act as the administrator for CopaNet, ensuring system functionality and providing support to end-users.
    • Provide technical support and training to employees and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
    • Assist in the implementation and integration of new HRIS features and updates.
    • Analyze PF data trends and provide insights to inform strategic initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies regarding data management.
    • Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to resolve system issues and optimize performance.
    • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
    • Stay current with HRIS industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
    • Coordinate, track, and process Bi-lingual pay.
    • Manage and update the KPI guides annually.
    • Implement and manage HR helpdesk and provide SLA and reporting metrics for team evaluations.
    • To ensure compliance & adequate services, additional job duties may be required to meet the needs of the program and or department.
