POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced HRIS Analyst to support the Distribution Group with HR related systems and process optimization, payroll processing, and benefit administration. This position reports to the Canada HR Manager.
The HRIS Analyst responsibilities include payroll process, benefit administration, and helping to support HR performance improvement initiatives and payroll and benefit administration for the Canada Distribution group.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll administration multi-province experience
  • Deadline-driven with high integrity
  • Multi Provence knowledge of labor / employment laws
  • Must be bilingual in both English and French languages (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and biweekly multi-province payroll.
  • Complete payroll related activities, including timekeeping review and maintenance, and pay calculations.
  • Administer Canada benefit and retirement programs.
  • Develop and generate reports and analytics to support HR functions and decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimize the HR information system to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on how to use the HRIS effectively.
