THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting 12 month Max term Maternity cover opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture group (PCG) in Sydney, NSW. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to work with multiple PCG teams, build positive long-term relationships with stakeholders, and plan coordinated activities to ensure the successful delivery of their projects.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter. We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS or project management.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage with cross functional stakeholders
- Excellent system and business skills to implement systems related projects (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Service Now, Power BI, DOMO, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a distributed team to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
- Proven track record in implementing business improvement or lean programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PCG’s Senior Leadership team, HR Business Partners and other PCG team members to identify areas of improvement in reporting, analytics, and process
- Assist with system improvement & Process automation including digital workflow implementation, enhancements and releases/ updates.
- Process automation and digital workflow implementations
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements through workshops or training
- Ownership of cyclical HR deliverables such as annual bonus and remuneration review processes
- Report performance outcomes to People Operations Manager & PCG’s Senior Leadership team
