Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR Management Information (HRMI) and Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and design employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics to assist our UK and EMEA Human Resources function in achieving their strategic goals and objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying priorities and deploying effective solutions to meet tight deadlines. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting critical work that services both our business needs and regulatory requirements.
How you’ll make an impact:
Business As Uusall HRIS reporting and analytics
- Focused on developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to assist the UK and EMEA Human Resources function in achieving their strategic goals and objectives.
- Consults with internal customers in response to HR data and reporting requests to define data requirements, reporting needs, and first level of potential issue analysis.
- Builds reports in Oracle Business Intelligence applications to satisfy report requests, including thoroughly testing and validating results against customer requirements.
- Develops and maintains dashboards in PowerBI or Excel that will help answer key strategic workforce analytics based questions, including key performance indicators.
Periodic HRIS reporting and analytics
- Manage planning and delivery of annual timetable for all periodic internal and external reporting and/or analytics requirements.
Projects and strategic initiatives
- Provides critical reporting and data expertise in responding to emerging project requirements from a reporting or data perspective.
- Performs ad-hoc analyses that support strategic initiatives.
Team oversight
- Provide oversight and support to the HR Analyst Associate to ensure they fulfil all internal and external requirements.
- Act as first point of escalation for the HR Analyst Associate for any matters in relation to ad hoc or Business As Usual issues
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience building and testing reports in Oracle Business Intelligence or similar BI applications.
- Oracle Cloud (OACS) reporting experience (preferred)
- Experience with Human Resources or HRIS functions
- Proven strength and experience utilizing various HRIS reporting tools for a variety of data analysis needs
- Advanced skills with Power BI and MS Excel
- Solid skills with SQL, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Ability to identify, analyze and summarize data in order to solution problems.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, initiative, analytical and organizational skills.
- Extraordinary communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
