Overview:
Do you have analytical skills and experience with systems and technology? If so, the HRIS Analyst at Connection might be your next career move! The HRIS Analyst works within the Human Resources team and is the go-to person for all HR systems at Connection; these can include UKG, Workforce Management, iCIMS, Cornerstone and PayFactors. The person in this role should love data as they will also extract people data from these HR systems and develop compelling and accurate dashboards and summaries and provide analysis in trends and patterns in the data.
