EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school or GED HR
- Experience Min 1 year of experience in HRIS or HR
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like UKG WFM Pro timekeeping and SuccessFactors.
- Basic skills in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Concise, precise, clear and professional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Eager to learn more about the HRIS function and systems
- Good organization skills
- Attention to details
- Team player
Preferred:
- Previous experience with helpdesk systems
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
Responsible for supporting and maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), including data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics, and reporting to meet HR needs. Partner with HR & IT analysts to analyze work process flows, improve processes, and leverage technology for reporting and data analysis.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Design, support and maintain the HRIS Helpdesk Tool
- Design and maintain documents for HRIS processes.
- Assist in managing and maintaining MyHR
- Design and support HRIS Data Management forms
- Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity in employee records within MyHR and other HR systems
- Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Create standard and ad-hoc queries or reports.
- Provide technical support to HR staff and system users.
- Address HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
- Support HRIS upgrades and new system implementations.
- Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Test new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency.
