Description:

The HRIS Analyst III is a senior-level position responsible for leading the strategic development and optimization of the HRIS system. This role drives complex system configurations, data analytics, and serves as a strategic advisor for HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of HRIS solutions to align with business needs.
  • Manage large-scale HRIS projects, including new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and predictive models to support workforce planning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system enhancements.
  • Monitor HRIS trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and organizational policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HRIS staff.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration or related roles.
  • Expertise in HRIS systems and advanced reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
  • Proven experience in leading HRIS projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
