Description:
HRIS Analyst
Hybrid - Solihull Office
Full Time, Fixed Term 12 months
Salary - £33,000- £45,000 dependent on experience
Here at Serco, we’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to join the team. As an HRIS Analyst you will monitor system performance and manage issues to resolution, lead on system maintenance activities and resolve day to day system queries raised by customers and colleagues. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of the system and effective HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Experience using SAP HCM (minimum 3 years)
A track record of managing multiple downstream systems, interfaces, annual upgrade/ patching activities
Exposure to managing middleware (ideally Dell Boomi)
Knowledge of implementing change/ new solutions to support the employee life cycle
Experience with people data (HR & payroll)
HR legislation knowledge
Experience using reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of Excel
Ideally you will be working as a HRIS Analyst or similar within an HR Shared Service environment with an understanding of organisation and people data (HR & Payroll)
