Description:

PharmaCord is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources System Analyst who will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves managing HR software applications, databases, and related processes to support the HR department and ensure accurate and efficient data management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related discipline strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on HR systems.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • In depth understanding of HRIS systems which includes system setup and reporting required.
  • Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.

  • We are located in Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this area; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HRIS software systems, including system configuration, data entry, and user access management.
  • Evaluate current HRIS system, identifies and recommends improvements and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the system.
  • Configure and maintain the organization’s HRIS software systems, including user setup, security permissions, and system preferences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet HRIS needs.
  • enerate, develop, and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making by HR and organizational leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and take corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing HR data management, confidentiality, and retention periods.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
