THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Analyst, HRIS (Workday and People Analytics) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards within various Workday workstreams, developing data analytics tools, and enhancing data governance and quality initiatives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Creating reports and dashboards within multiple Workday workstreams.
  • Developing data analytic tools, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Researching new Workday reporting and analytics features.
  • Improving HR reporting processes, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
  • Conducting data analysis on HR metrics.
  • Performing reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting user issues.
  • Responding to user escalations and addressing complex inquiries.
  • Resolving issues related to HR service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR management, IT or related area of study required
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday reporting, dashboards, and creating calculated fields with strong knowledge of Workday Security
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc
  • Strong analytical, technical, computer and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Strong client relationship skills. Ability to partner with HR colleagues to identify reporting needs, address gaps
  • Strong project management skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask competing priorities
  • Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines
