Description:

Partners with all HR staff in coordination and administration of HR programs focusing on HR Systems, Learning and Development, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting, ensuring integrity and reliability of TFE’s HRIS. Collect, manage, and analyze HR information to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. Assist the organization in understanding the effects of HR policies and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree required in related field or relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with HR business processes and workflows.
  • 3+ years of previous experience including, HR recordkeeping and HRIS data management (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), or equivalent enterprise HR/Payroll solution (i.e., WorkDay) is required.
  • Full competency of HRIS systems/databases with ability to keep abreast if new and developing technologies required.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
  • Advance Excel skills including knowledge of various formulas, pivot tables and charts.
  • Process mapping and project management experience and skills required.
  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Understands HR standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and extreme accuracy.
  • Exemplary communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization (HR team, mgt, vendors, etc.)

  • Excellent written skills: reports, procedure manuals, business correspondence

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data input and data integrity with special attention to confidentiality and ensure organization change information follows a consistent and reliable process for HR systems. Ongoing emphasis on quality, accuracy, and auditing of data to eliminate known errors and maintain data integrity.
  • Create and extract workforce reporting, and analytics related to people metrics such as staffing efficiency, turnover, diversity composition, compliance etc. Generate ad hoc reports in support of HR leads HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) analytic requests and learning and development reports. HR Metrics: Complete HR metrics and manage HR dashboards for use by executive management.
  • Assist in completing and submitting reports as required by government entities including EEO-1, BLS, DOL, ETP, etc. Working closely with IT and/or 3rd party HRIS support to ensure data is extracted correctly understanding reporting requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day system support to HR team including problem resolution, managing relationships with vendors, etc.
  • Collaborates with HR staff members to perform audits to verify and ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry and recommends process improvements.
  • Stay current with HR regulations and compliance requirements ensuring HR systems and processes adhere to legal standards. Assist in audits and compliance reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT to support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors and the integration with other enterprise applications including payroll systems, 3rd party systems (benefits, leave administration, auto program). This includes documenting specifications, user testing, training, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively provides opportunities to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of HR systems. Recommends process improvements to ensure the highest level of customer service and compliance. Create and maintain HR operating procedures, process workflows related to general HR processes.
