Purpose:
We are currently seeking a HRIS Analyst, who will report to the Team Lead, Payroll and HRIS. You will be an energetic team player who will support the HRIS function.

Main Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Monitor the HRIS mailbox and serve as a primary point of contact for all HRIS related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Responsible for Workday system configuration and troubleshooting issues across various functional areas
  • Administer annual campaigns such as compensation, performance and policy roll outs
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement, simplification and improve existing processes and functionality while supporting data integrity
  • Plan, test, and coordinate system upgrades
  • Prepare and present training materials
  • Build and maintain custom reports
  • Work with other teams and business users to ensure efficient processes
  • Provide support to employees with self-serve modules
  • Support a variety of HR projects across the team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Workday is required, including experience in the following modules:
  • Payroll, Time, Compensation, HCM, Performance, Recruitment
  • Business process configuration
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Configurable security
  • Advanced reporting and analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Quick learner with ability to master various functional areas in Workday
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with strong problem solving and process management skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and communication, including strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
