Description:

Wings Credit Union is searching for a HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The HRIS Analyst partners with the HR team, business partners and vendors to analyze work design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities within our UKG Pro system. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact and system resource for data integrity, HRIS changes, report writing, system optimization and data file sharing. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HRIS and supporting Wings strategic initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 or more years technical knowledge of UKG Pro or equivalent HRIS systems including implementation, configuration, reporting and data structures.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and tell a compelling story using Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR, information systems, or similar.
  • Previous financial services industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Cornerstone Performance/LMS preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate as systems expert and business analyst in project teams to implement upgrades and other UKG Pro related projects.
  • Support and configure annual processes such as benefits open enrollment, compensation planning and performance processes.
  • Serve as UKG Pro subject matter expert, actively seeking to enhance system functionalities and leverage new technology opportunities. Stay up to date on the latest HR technology trends and how to integrate them into Wings.
  • Support/manage the interfaces and integration of UKG Pro with other related systems to ensure successful delivery of confidential workforce data to third party systems.
  • Test and troubleshoot issues, supporting and providing end-user training and documentation creation.
  • Conduct data analysis to support classification, compensation, benefits and strategic workforce planning. Develop and generate reports and analytics to support HR functions and decision-making.
  • Create and deliver metrics and reporting to support HR functions and provide actionable insights and decision making.
  • Act as a key collaborative resource with business, leadership, and technology teams for routine issues and project-related requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their system needs and provide end user support.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and training of HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity, security and privacy compliance.
  • Analyze existing data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with internal partners to implement enhancements and upgrades.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
