Are you ready to shape the future of HR technology? Join our People & Systems Transformation team as an HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in modernizing our HR capabilities through the implementation of Workday. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that will redefine our people systems landscape while collaborating with Finance, IT, and HR teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems; Workday experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree and HR System certifications.
  • Proven track record in HR data management, system administration, and implementation projects.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and data analysis tools.
  • Exemplary communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated with a forward-thinking approach to learning and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of People operations, HRIS workflows, and data integrity principles.
  • Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Must be able to come into the Boston office, 3x a week
