The HRIS Administrator plays a key role in managing the integrity and timeliness of HRIS data along with processing biweekly payroll. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS systems and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as the reporting and analysis of recurring or ad hoc HRIS data requests. This position will work on-site at our east Orlando office for initial training period then be eligible for hybrid (3 days in office) schedule. Compensation for this position starts at $60,000 and is based on applicable years of experience.

Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?
- Maintain the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with deadlines, precision in calculations, and resolution of any discrepancies in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for accuracy and compliance of payroll and time keeping records.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS systems.
- Input and manage HRIS employee data including hire, transfer, benefits, salary, and termination processes.
- Act as point of contact for ad hoc and recurring reporting requests from the organization.
- Perform trend analysis on a recurring and ad hoc basis as requested by management.
- Assist on HR Projects throughout the year (Open Enrollment, Employee Recognition, Audits, etc.).
- Support the HR department and complete special projects as needed.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll and HRIS administration, preferably in a large scale corporate environment
- Proficient use of HRIS systems
- UKG a plus
- Proven ability to communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing
